Perfect Privacy sells three subscription tiers on a single app. The 1-month plan lists at $12.99 per month and renews monthly with no commitment. The 1-year plan drops the effective rate to $8.99 per month, billed once a year. The 2-year plan is the headline play at $6.95 per month billed up front, which is one of the higher published long-term rates for a consumer VPN.

The higher price is the trade for a small operator with a long operational history and a privacy-first posture. Perfect Privacy does not match the cheapest long-term pricing of NordVPN ($3.49), Surfshark ($2.49), or CyberGhost ($2.19). Every plan is backed by a 30-day money-back window. Renewal pricing reverts to the standard published rate after the intro term.

NeuroRouting is Perfect Privacy's proprietary dynamic multi-hop feature. Instead of routing all traffic through a single VPN exit, NeuroRouting hops the connection through multiple servers based on the destination. Different sites exit through different countries, which means the same server does not see all of your activity and an attacker watching a single exit cannot correlate multiple destinations to one user.

The dynamic routing is the differentiator against the static multi-hop on competitors (NordVPN's Double VPN, ProtonVPN's Secure Core, Surfshark's Multi-Hop). NeuroRouting is closer to a software-defined network like Tor: each request takes a different route based on the destination. The trade-off is throughput: multi-hop routing adds latency compared to a single-hop WireGuard connection, and the smaller fleet (60+ servers) limits the routing options.

The smaller footprint means there are fewer IPs to rotate when streaming providers push blocks, so streaming unblock coverage is best-effort rather than guaranteed.

TrackStop is Perfect Privacy's bundled ad-blocker, tracker-blocker, and malware-domain filter, running at the DNS layer on the desktop client. TrackStop blocks ad networks, known phishing domains, and trackers before they load, and also has filters for social media, news sites, and other categories users may want to block wholesale.

TrackStop is included on every paid tier without an extra subscription. In our 2025 benchmark, TrackStop is comparable to the bundled blockers on NordVPN, Surfshark, and PIA: fast, accurate, and unlikely to break page layouts. The custom blocklists can be added by domain, which is the same model as Windscribe's R.O.B.E.R.T.

Perfect Privacy is headquartered in Switzerland, which is outside the 14-Eyes intelligence-sharing alliance and has strong legal protections against compelled data handover. Swiss data protection law requires a Swiss court order before any user data can be compelled, and Perfect Privacy publishes transparency reports showing the number of legal requests received.

Perfect Privacy does not have an independent audit on public record as of 2025. The no-logs policy is advertised and supported by the NeuroRouting dynamic multi-hop architecture, but has not been verified by a third-party auditor. Perfect Privacy is the right pick for buyers who want dynamic per-destination multi-hop routing and a Switzerland-based operator. It fits users who care about NeuroRouting's correlation-resistant architecture, TrackStop DNS-level ad blocking, and port forwarding on every server without paying an add-on. It is also a strong fit for users who want a long-running operator (Perfect Privacy has been operating since 2008).

Consider alternatives if you want a deeper audit record (ExpressVPN 12, ProtonVPN 6, TunnelBear 8), if you want the largest server fleet (PIA 35,000+, NordVPN 8,900+), if you want unlimited simultaneous devices (Surfshark), or if you want a flat monthly price with no upsell (Mullvad $5.50 per month). For a free tier, ProtonVPN is the obvious fit.
